BoxBox
Describe the fault. Get it booked.
BoxBox is a two-sided marketplace for the UAE's independent garages. A car owner describes a fault in plain language, a model works out what the job probably is, and the platform matches it to a garage equipped to do that particular work — at a price agreed before anyone commits. It runs as a consumer app, a garage-facing portal and the API behind both.
The difficulty is that a driver does not know what is wrong with their car, and a garage cannot quote for a problem it has not seen. Plain-language triage closes that gap, but only if the match is honest: the model produces a probable job, the platform matches it to capability rather than to whoever bid lowest, and nothing is charged until the garage has confirmed parts, price and a slot.

One booking, end to end
Describe it in plain language
No part numbers and no fault codes. A grinding noise when braking from motorway speed is a valid way to start a booking.
The model reads the symptom
Gemini turns the description into a probable job, then the platform matches it against garages equipped to do that particular work.
The garage confirms, then holds
Parts in stock, price agreed, slot reserved. The hold has a clock on it, so a booking is either real or it is released.
Deposit now, balance on collection
A small deposit confirms the slot and the rest is settled when the car is picked up. Nothing is charged before the garage has agreed the work.
